    • Hi Taylor.

      I began training with weights at 15 years old. It was lighter weights with higher reps then because i was still growing. I really focused on bodybuilding nutrition starting then too which made the biggest difference. Weight training got progressively heavier in my late teens once I was finished growing. You don’t want to lift weights that are too heavy before age 16 as it could affect your growth plates and possibly stunt your growth.
